Terms of Service

- Payment Methods (Pakistan). Accepted payment options include Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and Debit/Credit/Visa/MasterCard for orders within the country.
- Payment Methods (International). Payments from outside the country must be made in advance via Western Union, PayPal, or credit/debit cards.
- Pre-Orders (Custom Orders). Custom products require advance payment and take a minimum of 2 weeks or maximum of 3 weeks to prepare.
- International Delivery. Orders shipped internationally will take 2–3 weeks for delivery. A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch.
- Sale Items Policy. Items marked “Sale” or “Stock Clearance” are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Duties and Taxes. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.
- Exchange Period. Exchanges are permitted within 3–5 days of receiving the order.
- Intellectual Property. All website content, designs, code, and trademarks are proprietary and may not be used without explicit permission.
- Hamwit has the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility for Exchange/Return. At Hamwit, we take pride in offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind every product we sell. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s are the policy guidelines: –
Eligibility for Exchange
Products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following criteria.
- The product is in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
- The product has not been used, washed, or damaged.
- The product is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We offer free exchanges on orders within Pakistan. Returns on International orders would be entertained if there is any manufacturing fault.
Exchange Process
- Email us at contact@hamwit.com with reason of return/exchange and prove (Images of defected product).
Contact us by calling +923054441635 between 1:00 PM-10:00 PM, Monday till Friday. Our representative will guide you the exchange process and provide return shipping instructions if applicable.
- No cash refunds, only online store coupons available for out of stock items.
- No exchange for accessories.
- Once sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for exchange.
- If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, HAMWIT will cover the return shipping costs.
- For exchanges based on personal preference or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (RS 350/- for Pakistan, delivery charge for exchanges within the same product variation). Customers are advised to check the product description and size guide carefully before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed accordingly.
Final Decision:
- HAMWIT reserves the right to make the final decision regarding exchanges based on the condition of the returned item and adherence to the exchange policy.
- Note: This exchange policy is subject to change at the discretion of our brand. Customers are advised to review the latest version of the policy before initiating an exchange.
- Items eligible for exchange must be purchased directly from our brand’s official store or website.
